SpeakEasy Player does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data. Period. Your media stays on your device. We have no servers, no analytics, no accounts, and no way to see what you're listening to.
We collect nothing. SpeakEasy Player does not gather any personal information, usage data, analytics, crash reports, device identifiers, or any other data of any kind.
SpeakEasy Player stores your media files, playback positions, bookmarks, speed preferences, and settings entirely on your device using standard iOS storage. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to Bill and Carol Enterprises LLC or any third party.
SpeakEasy Player uses no analytics frameworks, ad networks, or tracking services. The app includes an optional metadata feature that, when manually activated by you, sends audio analysis data and search queries to Apple's servers. No personal information is transmitted. This feature never runs automatically or in the background.
Because SpeakEasy Player collects no data whatsoever, it is safe for users of all ages. There is no age restriction and no data collection from children or anyone else.
If we ever change this privacy policy, the updated version will be included in the app and reflected in our App Store listing. Given that we collect no data, we do not anticipate changes.
